Job Description

As a Residential Concierge at our prestigious high-end apartment complex in Pomona, you will be the primary point of contact for residents and guests, embodying the pinnacle of luxury service. This role demands exceptional professionalism, a proactive approach, and an unwavering commitment to resident satisfaction. You will manage a variety of front-desk operations, provide personalized assistance, and ensure the seamless flow of daily activities within the community, contributing to an upscale and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet residents and guests, providing professional and personalized assistance.
  • Manage front desk operations, including visitor registration, package handling, and mail distribution.
  • Coordinate and schedule amenity usage, services, and reservations for residents.
  • Address resident inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and efficiently, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Maintain a pristine and organized lobby area, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
  • Assist with move-ins and move-outs, providing relevant information and support.
  • Monitor security systems and maintain accurate logs of building activities and incidents.
  • Provide local recommendations and information on dining, entertainment, and services.
  • Anticipate resident needs and offer proactive solutions and services.
  • Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure operational excellence.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar guest-facing role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a polished and professional demeanor.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (or similar systems).
  • High level of integrity and discretion.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in luxury residential or hotel environments.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) are a plus.
  • Knowledge of local attractions, services, and amenities in the Pomona area.
