Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote QA Associate to join our dynamic technology team. Key Responsibilities
- Execute test cases and report defects accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in the design and development of test plans and test cases.
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to identify and resolve software issues.
- Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Document test results and maintain clear records of testing activities.
- Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
- Stay updated with new testing tools and strategies.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
- Familiarity with test case creation and defect tracking tools.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
