Job Description

As a Teleperformance Ad Traffic Coordinator with a marketing focus, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of digital advertising campaigns for our clients. This 100% remote position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and ad trafficking processes. You will be responsible for setting up, monitoring, and optimizing ad campaigns across various platforms, ensuring proper tagging, tracking, and delivery. This role demands excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients to meet campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the setup and launch of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media, programmatic DSPs).
  • Implement and manage ad tags, tracking pixels, and conversion events to ensure accurate data collection.
  • Monitor campaign performance, identify discrepancies, and troubleshoot ad delivery issues in real-time.
  • Work closely with marketing teams, media planners, and creative teams to ensure all assets and requirements are met for campaign launch.
  • Maintain accurate records of campaign details, ad placements, and trafficking instructions.
  • Generate regular reports on campaign status, ad delivery, and key performance indicators.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, ad tech innovations, and platform changes.
  • Assist in optimizing campaign elements for better performance and efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in ad operations or digital marketing coordination.
  • Familiarity with ad serving platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Campaign Manager 360).
  • Understanding of digital advertising ecosystems (programmatic, social, search).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other major ad platforms.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira).
  • Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or other web technologies relevant to ad tagging.
