Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Wigs & Hairpiece Trainee to join our dedicated team in Stevenage. You will receive comprehensive training in all aspects of wig and hairpiece customization, fitting, and client consultation, playing a vital role in providing meaningful support to individuals navigating hair loss. Key Responsibilities

  • Undergo comprehensive training in wig and hairpiece construction, customisation, and styling techniques.
  • Learn to accurately measure and fit wigs and hairpieces for clients, ensuring comfort and a natural appearance.
  • Assist senior technicians and consultants during client consultations, observing best practices for empathetic communication.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment and consultation rooms.
  • Learn about various hair loss conditions and the specific needs of clients seeking medical hair loss solutions.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks related to client appointments and product inventory.
  • Support the team in ensuring client satisfaction and adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
