Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and highly detail-oriented Google Ads Evaluation Aide to join our remote team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for meticulously reviewing and evaluating Google Ads content, ensuring strict adherence to Google’s advertising policies and guidelines. This position is 100% focused on written support, involving comprehensive analysis of ad creatives, landing pages, and keywords to maintain high standards of quality, relevance, and compliance. Your insights will directly contribute to the effectiveness and ethical integrity of advertising campaigns managed by Merkle UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of Google Ads content, including ad copy, images, videos, landing pages, and keywords, against established Google Ads policies and guidelines.
  • Identify and document policy violations, quality issues, and potential areas for improvement in a clear, concise, and structured written format.
  • Provide constructive, detailed feedback to internal teams and clients regarding ad performance and compliance status.
  • Stay updated with the latest Google Ads policies, industry trends, and best practices to ensure accurate and timely evaluations.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to refine evaluation processes and criteria.
  • Manage a consistent workload of ad evaluations, ensuring deadlines and quality targets are met.
  • Contribute to training materials and internal documentation related to ad evaluation and policy adherence.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to interpret and apply complex guidelines and policies consistently.
  • Proficiency in using online tools and platforms for content review.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in ad operations, content moderation, quality assurance, or a similar evaluation-focused role.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads platform and its various components (Search, Display, Video).
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles and online advertising ecosystems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
