Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes, fluid checks, and tire rotations, under supervision.
- Assist senior technicians with various service procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the service bays and customer waiting areas.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with vehicle intake procedures.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding services performed and recommended maintenance.
- Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are followed rigorously.
- Handle inventory, stock shelves, and ensure supplies are readily available.
- Operate diagnostic equipment and tools safely and efficiently after training.
Required Skills

- Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in automotive care.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
