Job Description

Ulta Beauty is seeking a motivated and creative Junior Pinterest Marketer to join our growing remote team. This is an unparalleled opportunity for an aspiring marketer to learn the ins and outs of Pinterest strategy, content creation, and analytics under the guidance of experienced professionals. You’ll play a crucial role in enhancing our brand’s presence on Pinterest, driving engagement, and contributing to our e-commerce success. This position is 100% remote, offering flexibility and the chance to work from anywhere within the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of Pinterest marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to UltaBeauty.com.
- Create engaging and visually appealing Pins, Idea Pins, and video content optimized for Pinterest.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize Pin descriptions for search visibility.
- Monitor Pinterest trends, competitor activity, and best practices to identify new opportunities.
- Support in the analysis of Pinterest campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team on content calendars and cross-channel promotions.
- Actively participate in mentorship sessions and ongoing training to develop expertise in Pinterest marketing.
Required Skills
- Strong interest in digital marketing and social media, particularly Pinterest.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of content creation principles and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies and platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
