Key Responsibilities

  • Complete an intensive paid training program focused on Microsoft products, sales methodologies, and Insight's solutions portfolio.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Microsoft's suite of products, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Surface devices.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
  • Present and demonstrate Microsoft solutions tailored to client requirements, articulating clear value propositions.
  • Collaborate with sales engineers and solution architects to develop comprehensive proposals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and new Microsoft product releases.
