Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Crude Oil Measurement Aide to join our operations team in Columbus, Ohio. As a Crude Oil Measurement Aide, you will be responsible for accurately measuring and recording crude oil volumes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company protocols. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate manual and automated measurements of crude oil volumes in tanks, trucks, and railcars using various instruments.
  • Record all measurement data meticulously, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to established procedures.
  • Calculate and verify crude oil volumes, temperatures, and other relevant parameters using mathematical formulas and conversion tables.
  • Conduct routine calibration and maintenance checks on measurement equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Monitor crude oil transfers, ensuring proper flow and preventing spillage or contamination.
  • Report any discrepancies, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns to supervisory personnel promptly.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, company policies, and environmental guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
