Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual for an entry-level operational support role, identified internally as ’18−’. This position is perfect for someone looking to start their career in financial services, offering a foundational experience within our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative and operational assistance, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions and contributing to our commitment to excellent customer service and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Support team members with scheduling, meeting coordination, and logistical arrangements.
  • Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, and direct them appropriately.
  • Maintain and update records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operational workflow.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proactively identify and suggest improvements to existing processes.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications
