Job Description

Are you seeking a meaningful part-time role that aligns with school schedules? UK HealthCare is looking for a dedicated and organized Office Aide to provide essential administrative support across various departments. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and room bookings.
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Required Skills
