Job Description

Concentrix Services Canada Inc. is seeking dedicated Inbound Service Agents to join our dynamic team in Edmonton. This role focuses exclusively on inbound customer support, meaning absolutely no cold calling. You’ll handle inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure a positive experience for customers, all within a supportive environment that values work-life balance and offers stable shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer complaints.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and quality service.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and service level agreements.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer navigation and data entry.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role.
- Experience with CRM software or similar customer service tools.
- Ability to speak multiple languages (e.g., French, Spanish) is a strong asset.
- Demonstrated ability to empathize with customers and de-escalate situations.
