Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Process drive-thru and counter orders, ensuring all items are prepared and delivered correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, lobby, and customer service areas.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as making drinks or assembling orders.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive and professional attitude.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer flow.
- Help maintain inventory by noting when supplies are low.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
- Excellent customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
