Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Table & Chart Data Entry – Excel Specialist to join our remote team. This is a crucial role responsible for accurately inputting, organizing, and analyzing financial and operational data within Microsoft Excel. The successful candidate will be adept at creating and maintaining various tables, charts, and reports, ensuring data integrity and contributing to informed decision-making across various departments. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home office while collaborating effectively with a nationwide team.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update large volumes of data into Excel spreadsheets from various sources.
- Organize and maintain complex datasets, ensuring consistency and integrity.
- Develop and create dynamic tables, pivot tables, and charts to visualize data trends and insights.
- Generate routine and ad-hoc reports based on data analysis.
- Perform data quality checks and identify discrepancies or errors, rectifying them as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements and reporting needs.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all data handled.
- Assist with other administrative and data-related tasks as assigned.
Required Skills
- Proven experience with Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF statements, pivot tables, charts).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
