Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Quick Service Clerk to join our team in Digbeth, Birmingham. As a Quick Service Clerk, you will be an essential part of our shop’s daily operations, ensuring our customers receive prompt, friendly, and efficient service. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash and card transactions accurately, and process orders.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the service area, dining space, and food preparation zones.
  • Replenish stock levels, ensuring products are displayed attractively and are readily available.
  • Assist with inventory checks and stock rotation as required.
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth shop operations and customer satisfaction.
