Job Description

Are you looking for an exciting temporary summer job in a dynamic festival environment? We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Festival Wristband / Accreditation Staff to join our team for various events in and around Great Yarmouth this summer. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting, enjoy interacting with people, and want to gain valuable experience in the events industry. You will be the first point of contact for festival-goers, ensuring smooth entry and a positive start to their experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify tickets, passes, and guest lists accurately and efficiently.
  • Issue wristbands and accreditation to attendees, artists, and crew.
  • Operate scanning equipment and manage entry points.
  • Provide clear and concise information to festival attendees regarding event schedules, site layout, and policies.
  • Assist with crowd management and direct attendees to appropriate areas.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve minor access issues professionally and politely.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanour at all times.
  • Collaborate effectively with other event staff and security teams.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes demanding environment.
  • Customer service-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

  • Legal right to work in the UK.
