Job Description
Join T-Mobile’s dynamic team as an Apple Care Billing Assistant with an administrative focus. This is a crucial remote role where you will support our customers by managing billing inquiries related to Apple products and services. You will ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, resolve discrepancies, and maintain detailed records. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home office while contributing to a leading telecommunications company.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and review customer billing statements for Apple-related products and services.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, chargebacks, and refund requests efficiently.
- Communicate professionally with customers via phone, email, and chat to address billing inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records and customer accounts in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex billing issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Generate billing reports and provide analysis as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines related to billing and data privacy.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative or billing support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
