Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Google Web Presence Coordinator to manage and optimize our online visibility across Google’s various platforms. This is a fully remote position that offers the flexibility to choose your own hours, allowing you to balance work and personal life effectively. You will be instrumental in enhancing our brand’s search engine performance, managing our local listings, and ensuring our content reaches the right audience at the right time. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Google’s ecosystem, including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google My Business, and basic SEO principles. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a passion for digital marketing, and the ability to work independently to drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize company profiles across Google My Business for all relevant locations.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Implement and maintain SEO best practices for website content, ensuring high search rankings and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to web presence, providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure all online material is optimized for search engines.
- Stay up-to-date with Google algorithm changes and industry trends, adapting strategies as needed.
- Assist in managing local search marketing campaigns and review management.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all Google-related platforms.
Required Skills
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google My Business.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for minor website updates related to SEO.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Google Ads certification or experience.
