Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Supply Chain Associate to join our dynamic team in Fresno, California. This role is designed for individuals eager to grow their careers within the fast-paced and critical field of pharmaceutical logistics. As a Pharmacy Supply Chain Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of pharmaceutical products from manufacturers to healthcare providers and pharmacies. You will contribute to maintaining optimal inventory levels, supporting distribution operations, and enhancing supply chain processes. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the management and optimization of pharmaceutical inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with suppliers, internal departments, and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
- Process orders, track shipments, and resolve any discrepancies or delays in the supply chain.
- Maintain accurate records of all supply chain activities, including inventory, orders, and logistics.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing supply chain efficiency and reliability.
- Adhere to all regulatory compliance standards and internal policies related to pharmaceutical handling and distribution.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.
