Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pinterest Strategist to join our dynamic digital agency team in Wynwood, Miami. This professional support role is crucial for developing, executing, and optimizing Pinterest marketing strategies for our diverse client portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Pinterest platform, strong analytical skills, and a passion for creative storytelling and visual content. You will work closely with our social media, content, and client services teams to deliver outstanding results and measurable ROI for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive Pinterest marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking on Pinterest.
  • Create, curate, and optimize engaging Pins, boards, and campaigns (including Idea Pins, Video Pins, and Product Pins).
  • Manage Pinterest advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, bid management, and audience targeting.
  • Monitor Pinterest analytics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate regular performance reports.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce visually appealing and brand-consistent assets.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Pinterest features, trends, and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams on strategy, performance, and campaign updates.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Pinterest marketing and advertising.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful Pinterest strategies.
  • Strong understanding of Pinterest analytics and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in creating compelling visual content for Pinterest (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite basics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
