Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an IV Hydration Nurse at our New Port Richey wellness lounge. In this role, you will be responsible for administering IV vitamin infusions and other wellness therapies, ensuring client safety and comfort, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment focused on preventative health and well-being, with the added benefit of tips and commission opportunities based on performance and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform client consultations and assessments to determine appropriate IV hydration therapies.
- Administer IV drips and injections safely and efficiently, adhering to all protocols and procedures.
- Monitor clients during and after treatments, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Educate clients on the benefits of various therapies and product offerings.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records.
- Ensure cleanliness and sterilization of equipment and treatment areas.
- Collaborate with the wellness team to provide a seamless client experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in IV hydration and wellness treatments.
- Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Required Skills
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with IV insertion and venipuncture.
- Excellent knowledge of sterile techniques and infection control.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- CPR certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a medical spa, wellness center, or aesthetic clinic.
- Knowledge of vitamin therapies and their benefits.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- BLS/ACLS certification.
