Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive UPS Support Officer to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while serving customers across a national reach. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience with UPS services. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction, handling a variety of customer service issues ranging from tracking packages to resolving delivery discrepancies and billing questions. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding UPS services, tracking, and policies.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalating complex problems to senior staff when necessary.
  • Process service requests, including package redirects, pick-up scheduling, and claims initiation.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Educate customers on self-service options and best practices for using UPS tools and resources.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to data privacy and security.
  • Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and staying informed on service changes.
