Job Description
Are you a motivated and enthusiastic 15-year-old looking for your first job experience? McDonald’s in Pasco is seeking energetic individuals to join our team as a Team Member with flexible weekend hours. This is an excellent opportunity to learn valuable work skills, develop customer service expertise, and become part of a fun, fast-paced environment. No prior experience is required – we’re looking for individuals eager to learn and grow with us!
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide excellent service.
- Accurately take customer orders and process payments.
- Prepare food and drink items according to McDonald's standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining areas and work stations.
- Assist in stocking inventory and ensuring all supplies are readily available.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues with support from supervisors.
Required Skills
- Must be 15 years old.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Reliable and punctual, especially for weekend shifts.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer service role (volunteer or informal experience counts!).
