Job Description

TTEC is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Work-From-Home Teleperformance Agents. In this 100% remote role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and support for a variety of inquiries. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries, complaints, and issues.
  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in our CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and quality service.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer navigation and multitasking.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or remote setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and virtual communication tools.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.
  • Associates degree or some college coursework.
