Job Description

Join Electronic Arts as a Recruitment Aide with a dedicated focus on talent sourcing. In this essential role, you will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent for our diverse teams across various game development and corporate functions. You will primarily support the sourcing efforts for a range of positions, from engineering to creative roles, ensuring we find the best candidates to create world-class gaming experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Utilize various sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, job boards, social media) to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial outreach to passive candidates, articulating EA's value proposition and opportunities.
  • Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate information.
  • Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate logistics.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
  • Research and recommend new sourcing strategies and tools.
  • Participate in recruitment marketing initiatives and employer branding activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
  • Enthusiasm for the gaming industry and EA's products.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience (internship or part-time) in a recruitment, HR, or administrative role.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse).
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other professional sourcing platforms.
