Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior aesthetic technicians and medical staff with a variety of cosmetic procedures and treatments.
- Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring all equipment is sterilized and supplies are stocked according to clinic standards.
- Provide exceptional client care, including pre- and post-treatment support and education.
- Learn and master the safe and effective operation of various aesthetic devices and product lines.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure strict adherence to all health and safety protocols.
- Contribute to a positive and professional clinic environment.
- Participate actively in all training sessions and continuous education programs.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong passion for the beauty and medical aesthetics industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new procedures and technologies.
- Demonstrated reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Punctual and professional demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Basic knowledge of skin care products and treatments.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Enrollment or completion of a relevant aesthetic or medical assistant program is an asset but not required.
