Job Description
Are you a motivated 16-year-old looking for your first job or a way to earn extra cash? Amazon is hiring enthusiastic Warehouse Pickers for our Miami fulfillment center! This is an excellent opportunity for teens to gain valuable work experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. We offer immediate start dates and weekly pay, making it easy to earn money and manage your schedule. As a Warehouse Picker, you will be an essential part of our team, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently prepared for shipment. Key Responsibilities
- Locate and pick customer orders using handheld scanning devices within the warehouse.
- Place picked items into appropriate containers or on conveyors.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of items picked.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, under supervision.
Required Skills
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 20 lbs), and move merchandise for extended periods.
