Job Description
Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and looking for flexible, ‘quick gig’ opportunities? QuikTrip is seeking a dedicated Gas Station Field Auditor to perform routine, on-site audits of our various gas station locations in and around Overland Park, KS. This role is perfect for individuals who own a reliable vehicle and can work independently to ensure our high standards are consistently met. As a Field Auditor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining brand integrity and operational excellence through objective assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough, unannounced audits of QuikTrip gas station locations to assess compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Evaluate store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
- Verify product stock levels, pricing accuracy, and promotional displays.
- Inspect equipment functionality and safety protocols.
- Document findings accurately and submit detailed reports through our digital platform.
- Communicate observations clearly and professionally to regional management.
- Maintain confidentiality of all audit findings and company information.
- Adhere to a flexible schedule to complete assigned audit routes efficiently.
Required Skills
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with mobile devices and digital reporting tools.
