Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Shopify Store Assistant to help manage and optimise our e-commerce operations. Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory on the Shopify platform.
- Assist with the scheduling and execution of online promotions, sales, and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor website performance and troubleshoot any display or functionality issues.
- Coordinate with content and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Conduct regular audits of the product catalog to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Provide support for customer service inquiries related to product information or website navigation.
- Assist in generating reports on sales, product performance, and website traffic.
- Stay updated with Shopify features, apps, and e-commerce best practices.
Required Skills
- Familiarity with the Shopify platform
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in an e-commerce or retail environment
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles (SEO, SEM)
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus
- A passion for fashion and online retail
