Job Description

As a vital part of our service, you’ll be responsible for picking up grocery orders from local partners and delivering them promptly and courteously to our customers. Key Responsibilities
- Accept and manage grocery delivery orders via the Deliveroo rider app.
- Efficiently pick up orders from various grocery partner locations in Stoke-on-Trent.
- Safely and promptly deliver orders to customers' specified addresses.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of items during transit.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service upon delivery.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Manage your own schedule using the Deliveroo app.
Required Skills
- A reliable bicycle, scooter, or car (with appropriate insurance and license if applicable).
- A smartphone (iOS or Android) with data access.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and navigate local areas efficiently.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
- Must be 18 years or older.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a delivery or customer service role is a plus.
- Good knowledge of the Stoke-on-Trent area.
