Job Description

This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals with little to no prior experience. You will play a crucial role in educating customers about Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems and a wide range of entertainment products, ensuring they make informed decisions for their home and office setups. We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed, develop leadership skills, and advance within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their entertainment and power protection needs, providing expert advice on UPS systems and related products.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits, guiding customers through the selection process for audio, video, gaming, and smart home entertainment solutions.
- Assist with inventory management, product merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting department.
- Support senior leads and management in daily operations, contributing to a positive team environment and achieving sales goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and leadership capabilities.
Required Skills
