Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Inventory Aide with a focus on digital goods to join our team in New Port Richey, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate tracking, management, and coordination of our extensive catalog of digital games, in-game items, and other virtual assets. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a basic understanding of digital inventory systems, and a passion for maintaining precision in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless availability and distribution of our digital content to players worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for digital games, downloadable content (DLC), and in-game virtual items.
- Perform regular audits of digital asset databases to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Coordinate with development, publishing, and marketing teams regarding new digital product releases and updates.
- Process and track the distribution of digital content keys, licenses, and entitlements.
- Generate comprehensive reports on inventory status, consumption rates, and potential shortages.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across various internal platforms and external distribution channels.
- Assist in the investigation and resolution of inventory-related issues and player inquiries.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for inventory procedures and protocols.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for inventory management processes.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in inventory management principles and practices.
- Strong aptitude for working with data entry, spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel), and database systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Basic understanding of digital goods, e-commerce, or digital content distribution.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot minor issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in an inventory, logistics, or administrative support role, particularly with digital assets.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems or Digital Asset Management (DAM) software.
- Knowledge of the video game industry and its products.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
