Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Waste Management Operatives to join our team in Maidenhead, Berkshire. This full-time role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and safe collection and processing of waste and recyclables. Key Responsibilities
- Collecting household, commercial, or industrial waste and recyclables from designated locations.
- Operating and maintaining collection equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
- Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects.
- Interacting professionally with the public and colleagues.
- Ensuring waste is handled and disposed of correctly.
- Assisting with loading and unloading operations as required.

Preferred Qualifications
