Key Responsibilities
- Monitor social media channels for trending topics, conversations, and competitor activities relevant to Microsoft's brand.
- Assist in the development and execution of social media content calendars, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Draft engaging social media posts, stories, and other content formats across various platforms (e.g., Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Support social media campaigns from ideation to launch, including asset coordination and scheduling.
- Track and report on social media performance metrics, identifying key insights and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and product development, to ensure consistent messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and platform updates.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their unique features (e.g., Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
- Demonstrated passion for identifying and interpreting online trends, memes, and viral content.
- Basic analytical skills to interpret social media data and performance reports.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
