Job Description

FedEx is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Email Support Officer to join our remote team. This role focuses exclusively on written communication, providing outstanding customer support via email to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information related to FedEx services, shipments, and accounts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written communication skills, a strong customer service ethic, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively via email.

  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary, ensuring seamless resolution.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security guidelines.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of FedEx services, policies, and systems.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to enhance overall customer support quality.
