Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our dynamic team in Sheffield. This role operates on a popular 4 days on, 4 days off roster, offering a fantastic work-life balance while ensuring top pay for your commitment and effort. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be instrumental in processing orders, handling inventory, and preparing packages for shipment, contributing directly to our mission of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process incoming stock and materials, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Pick and pack orders according to specific instructions and quality standards.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles, often involving heavy lifting.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, ensuring a tidy and safe working environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks), after receiving appropriate training.
  • Perform quality checks on products and packaging.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
