Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our dynamic team in Sheffield. This role operates on a popular 4 days on, 4 days off roster, offering a fantastic work-life balance while ensuring top pay for your commitment and effort. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Pick and pack orders according to specific instructions and quality standards.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles, often involving heavy lifting.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, ensuring a tidy and safe working environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks), after receiving appropriate training.
- Perform quality checks on products and packaging.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
