Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Spa Resort Porter to join our vibrant team at Buxton Crescent Hotel & Spa. This role is crucial in ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and comfortable experience from arrival to departure. You will be an essential part of our front-of-house operations, assisting with luggage, deliveries, and general guest requests, all while maintaining the serene and luxurious environment our resort is known for. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, assist with luggage handling, and escort them to their rooms.
- Assist with the safe and efficient delivery of goods and packages throughout the resort.
- Provide information and directions to guests regarding resort facilities and local attractions.
- Support the reception and concierge teams with various guest requests and administrative tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of public areas, including lobbies, entrances, and luggage storage.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly and courteously.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and security policies and procedures.
- Operate resort vehicles (e.g., buggies for internal transfers) as required, ensuring guest safety.
- Collaborate effectively with all departments to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
