Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Career Development Aide to join our Human Resources team with a special focus on HR Technology. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the career growth and learning initiatives for Pinterest employees. You will assist in managing our HR tech platforms related to learning and development, coordinate training programs, and provide administrative support to ensure our employees have the resources they need to thrive. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in HR operations and talent development within a dynamic tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the administration and optimization of HR technology platforms (LMS, career pathing tools, performance management systems).
  • Coordinate and schedule career development workshops, training sessions, and internal speaker events.
  • Prepare and distribute learning materials, presentations, and communication related to career growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee training, certifications, and development plans.
  • Support employees with inquiries regarding career resources, development programs, and HR tech tool navigation.
  • Gather and analyze data on program effectiveness and employee engagement with development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and L&D specialists on various projects.

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A keen interest in Human Resources, specifically talent development and HR technology.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience with HRIS or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Experience in an administrative support role, ideally within a corporate or tech environment.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
