Currys PLC is seeking a dedicated and passionate WFH Apple Brand Specialist to join our remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be the go-to expert for Apple products, providing exceptional customer support, guidance, and demonstrations from the comfort of your home office. Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to Apple products, providing expert advice and solutions.
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the features and benefits of Apple devices (iPhones, Macs, iPads, Apple Watch, etc.).
- Stay continuously updated on the latest Apple product releases, software updates, and ecosystem developments.
- Assist customers with product selection, setup, troubleshooting, and general technical support for Apple hardware and software.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Apple products and accessories to enhance their experience.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and engaging remote interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and contribute to product knowledge improvements.
- Participate in remote training sessions and team meetings to foster a collaborative and knowledgeable environment.
Required Skills
- Deep and comprehensive knowledge of the Apple product ecosystem, including hardware, software, and services.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Proven customer service or customer-facing experience, with a passion for helping others.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
- High level of self-motivation, discipline, and time management skills for successful remote work.
- Proficiency with standard office software and virtual communication tools (e.g., video conferencing).
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a brand ambassador, sales, or technical support role for Apple or a related technology brand.
- Experience working in a remote or home-based environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online customer engagement platforms.
- Any official Apple certifications (e.g., Apple Product Professional, Apple Certified Support Professional) are a plus.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
