Job Description
We are looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as Picker Packers at our Santa Maria fulfillment centers. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. This is a crucial role in our logistics operation, ensuring that customers receive their products quickly and efficiently. Multiple shifts and site openings are available.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Pack items carefully and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Utilize handheld scanners and other equipment to track inventory and orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Lift and move packages weighing up to 49 pounds.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills
- Ability to understand and follow safety guidelines and procedures.
- Basic computer literacy (for scanner operation).
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with inventory management systems or handheld scanners.
