Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented WFH Admin Support professional to join our team. This is an entry-level, remote position designed for individuals eager to start a career in administrative support with a leading global company. You will provide essential administrative assistance, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and contributing to our team’s overall efficiency. This role offers excellent pay for an entry-level position and the flexibility of working 100% remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize digital files and documents, ensuring accessibility and adherence to company protocols.
- Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings, including sending invitations, managing attendance, and preparing basic agendas.
- Handle incoming communications, including emails and inquiries, redirecting them to appropriate team members or responding directly when possible.
- Assist with data entry tasks, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in various systems.
- Prepare basic reports, presentations, and correspondence as directed by senior staff.
- Support team members with ad-hoc administrative requests and project coordination.

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure data security practices are followed.
