Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Scheduling Clerk to join our administrative team. This is a 100% remote position, perfect for individuals who thrive in a structured environment and excel at data management. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and maintain complex schedules for our healthcare professionals and facilities, ensuring optimal resource allocation without any direct phone communication with clients or patients. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain scheduling data in designated systems.
  • Monitor scheduling queues and process requests efficiently.

  • Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling reports.
  • Ensure all scheduling data complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.
