Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Part-time Cloakroom Attendant to join our team for weekend evening shifts. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with the public, thrives in a lively environment, and is committed to providing excellent customer service. As a key part of our front-of-house team during peak nightlife and event hours, you will ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for all our guests, managing their personal belongings with care and efficiency. This position requires availability on evenings, primarily Friday and Saturday nights, and occasional Sundays for special events. Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and assist guests with checking in and retrieving coats, bags, and other personal items.
  • Carefully tag and store items in an organized manner, ensuring proper identification for retrieval.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and secure cloakroom area throughout the shift.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Process any associated fees for cloakroom services accurately.
  • Adhere to all safety and security procedures regarding guest belongings.
  • Collaborate effectively with other front-of-house staff to ensure seamless guest flow.
