Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Chauffeur to join our executive driving team in New Port Richey, Florida. This specialized role involves providing safe, reliable, and discreet transportation for UPS executives, VIP clients, and handling critical, time-sensitive deliveries that require an elevated level of service and professionalism. The ideal candidate will possess impeccable driving skills, a profound commitment to safety, a professional demeanor, and a deep understanding of punctuality and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, efficient, and punctual transportation for executives, VIPs, and sensitive materials as required.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle in pristine condition, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and operational readiness at all times.
- Plan optimal routes, considering traffic, road conditions, and executive schedules to ensure timely arrivals.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality regarding all passengers and sensitive information.
- Assist passengers with entry, exit, and luggage as needed, providing a high level of courteous service.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and fuel consumption reports.
- Be available for scheduled and unscheduled driving assignments, including some evenings and weekends.
Required Skills
- Valid Class E or higher driver's license with a clean driving record (no major infractions in the last 7 years).
- Proven experience as a professional chauffeur or executive driver.
- Excellent knowledge of New Port Richey, surrounding Florida areas, and proficient use of GPS navigation systems.
- Exceptional defensive driving skills and a strong commitment to passenger safety.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Physical ability to assist with luggage and ingress/egress for passengers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in defensive driving or advanced driving techniques.
- Experience providing transportation for corporate executives or high-net-worth individuals.
- Familiarity with luxury vehicle operation and maintenance.
- Ability to perform minor vehicle adjustments or emergency repairs (e.g., tire changes).
- Bilingual skills (e.g., Spanish) are a plus.
