Job Description

Vodafone is looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as a Virtual Tech Support Advisor (Tier 1). This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity where we provide comprehensive training to equip you with all the skills needed to succeed. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, diagnosing and resolving their technical issues related to our products and services. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional Tier 1 technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting a variety of issues.
- Diagnose and resolve common technical problems related to broadband, mobile services, and other Vodafone products.
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support teams when necessary, ensuring clear and detailed documentation.
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and provide clear instructions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues in our CRM system.
- Educate customers on product features and self-help resources.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve support processes.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security guidelines.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort navigating software applications.
- A genuine interest in technology and problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.
- Excellent active listening and empathy skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Access to a quiet home office environment with a reliable internet connection.
