Job Description
Join our dynamic team at McDonald’s as a Condiment Station Refiller. This essential role focuses on maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and full stock of our lobby condiment stations, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our valued customers. You will be responsible for quickly and efficiently restocking condiments, napkins, straws, and other lobby supplies, while also assisting with general lobby cleanliness to uphold our high standards of service and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly monitor and restock all condiment dispensers (ketchup, mustard, sauces, etc.) ensuring they are full and functional.
- Ensure napkin dispensers, straw holders, sugar packets, and other essential lobby supply stations are always fully stocked and neatly arranged.
- Maintain cleanliness of condiment station surfaces, including wiping down spills, crumbs, and sanitizing regularly according to company standards.
- Assist with general lobby upkeep, including wiping tables and chairs, sweeping floors, and emptying trash bins as needed to ensure a clean dining environment.
- Communicate low stock levels of supplies to management or designated team members to ensure timely reordering and prevent shortages.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Provide a friendly and helpful presence in the lobby, assisting customers with minor requests or directing them to appropriate staff if necessary.
Required Skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding cleanliness and organization.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, and perform light lifting (up to 20 lbs).
- Basic communication skills to interact with team members and customers.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service environment is a plus.
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent service.
