Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Teleperformance User Experience Aide specializing in Interface Testing. This is a crucial role for ensuring the quality and usability of various digital interfaces our clients develop. You will work closely with UX designers, developers, and quality assurance teams to identify, document, and track interface issues, contributing directly to a seamless and intuitive user experience. This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing of user interfaces across web and mobile platforms to identify bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues.
- Follow established test plans and procedures to validate design specifications and functional requirements.
- Document detailed bug reports, including steps to reproduce, expected results, and actual results using designated tracking tools.
- Provide constructive feedback to design and development teams regarding interface usability and accessibility.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and upcoming tasks.
- Assist in maintaining and updating test cases and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a high-quality user experience.
- Stay informed on UX/UI trends and best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual discrepancies.
- Basic understanding of user experience (UX) principles and interface design.
- Familiarity with web and mobile applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in using common office productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a QA, testing, or customer support role.
- Familiarity with bug tracking software (e.g., Jira, Asana).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Experience with accessibility testing guidelines (e.g., WCAG).
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree program in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
