Job Description
We are seeking highly detail-oriented and proficient English speakers to work as Written Conversation Annotators. In this 100% remote and flexible role, you will be responsible for accurately reviewing and annotating chat-based conversations to train and improve AI models. Your work will directly contribute to the intelligence and effectiveness of next-generation AI systems by providing crucial linguistic data. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong comprehension skills, and the ability to consistently follow complex guidelines while working independently from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately review and annotate various types of chat conversations according to established guidelines and project specifications.
- Identify and tag specific linguistic features, sentiment, intent, and other relevant attributes within dialogues.
- Maintain high levels of quality and productivity in annotation tasks to meet project targets.
- Ensure strict adherence to data privacy and confidentiality protocols for all assigned content.
- Provide constructive feedback on annotation guidelines to project managers to improve clarity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure consistency and resolve discrepancies.
Required Skills
- Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, spelling, and comprehension.
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus over extended periods.
- Capacity to understand and consistently apply complex annotation guidelines.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a personal computer for work.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with web browsers and online tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in data annotation, content moderation, or similar roles.
- Familiarity with various annotation platforms or tools.
- An interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Background in linguistics, communications, or a related field.
