Job Description

You will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and comfortable stay, assisting with luggage, directing them, and maintaining the hotel’s public areas. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and departure, offering assistance with luggage.
- Safely transport guest luggage to and from rooms, ensuring prompt and careful handling.
- Assist guests with directions, local information, and general inquiries about the hotel facilities.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel lobby, entrance, and public areas.
- Support the front desk and concierge teams with various tasks as needed.
- Deliver newspapers, mail, and other items to guest rooms.
- Operate hotel equipment such as luggage trolleys and elevators safely.
- Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures.
- Act as a helpful and friendly point of contact for all hotel guests.
