Job Description

The Radisson Blu Hotel, Glasgow, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Hotel Porter to join our welcoming team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and comfortable stay, assisting with luggage, directing them, and maintaining the hotel’s public areas. Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival and departure, offering assistance with luggage.
  • Safely transport guest luggage to and from rooms, ensuring prompt and careful handling.
  • Assist guests with directions, local information, and general inquiries about the hotel facilities.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel lobby, entrance, and public areas.
  • Support the front desk and concierge teams with various tasks as needed.
  • Deliver newspapers, mail, and other items to guest rooms.
  • Operate hotel equipment such as luggage trolleys and elevators safely.
  • Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures.
  • Act as a helpful and friendly point of contact for all hotel guests.
