Key Responsibilities

  • Execute detailed test plans and procedures for the EA Sports NHL franchise.
  • Perform high-precision testing on game features, mechanics, and content, identifying bugs, glitches, and inconsistencies.
  • Accurately document all findings, including steps to reproduce bugs, environmental details, and severity ratings using internal bug tracking systems.
  • Provide clear and concise written and verbal feedback to game designers, producers, and engineers.
  • Verify bug fixes and conduct regression testing to ensure previously identified issues are resolved.
  • Collaborate closely with other lab aides and quality assurance team members.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient lab testing environment.
  • Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines regarding unreleased game content.

Required Skills

  • Strong passion for ice hockey and deep familiarity with the NHL sport.
  • Extensive experience playing EA Sports NHL titles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
