Key Responsibilities
- Execute detailed test plans and procedures for the EA Sports NHL franchise.
- Perform high-precision testing on game features, mechanics, and content, identifying bugs, glitches, and inconsistencies.
- Accurately document all findings, including steps to reproduce bugs, environmental details, and severity ratings using internal bug tracking systems.
- Provide clear and concise written and verbal feedback to game designers, producers, and engineers.
- Verify bug fixes and conduct regression testing to ensure previously identified issues are resolved.
- Collaborate closely with other lab aides and quality assurance team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient lab testing environment.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines regarding unreleased game content.
Required Skills
- Strong passion for ice hockey and deep familiarity with the NHL sport.
- Extensive experience playing EA Sports NHL titles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
